I bought this for myself... a 54 year old kid. I was skeptical about the supposed ease of doing it as this was the first wooden model I've ever put together. The laser cut pieces were easy to punch out and put together, even for my hands which are a little larger than others. It took me about 8 hours to do, but loved every minute. The directions were very clear with links to online videos if needed. Well done! Will purchase for nieces / nephews - great STEM project!

Great little puzzle/machine thing! This was a surprise for my husband cause he was bored at home all the time. It took a week to convince him to put it together, but once he started, he didn’t stop. It took him a few hours, maybe four or five at a leisurely pace. It was not very difficult, just need to pay close attention. The instructions were very clear, even had videos to watch, but he didn’t need them. A couple of the really tiny pieces broke trying to get them out of the board, but there were extra. Had to glue a couple pieces to keep them in the right spot. Worked very well after putting together, minor adjustments to stop the balls from jamming or falling out, but no major issues. Will buy another!

I gave it to my husband for his birthday along with some (always) clothes. He did not even look at the outfits but was so thrilled with this puzzle. Started working with my 10 year old grandson, but he went to bed and from 11:00 p.m. stayed up until 4:00 a.m. to finish it. Since then, he has ordered 3 more.

This is a very cool product. Myself (33 year machinist) and my 14 year old son. Assembled the device. If you have limited mechanical abilities, this may not be for you. BUT if you follow the directions and pay attention to the images you should be fine. Took us about 8 hours to assemble.
