U.S. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All orders are typically processed within 3 business days or less.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery

We want our shipping charges to be transparent, so rather than offer “Free Shipping” on everything, we will show you the actual cost for us to ship the product to you. Shipping charges for individual products is shown on individual product pages. Total applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Shipping options can also be chosen by you on the product pages and at the checkout, so you can choose economy ground shipping options, or other faster shipping options if available.
As you will be in control of the shipping options that suit you, estimated delivery times will also be shown alongside the available shipping options on the product pages and at the checkout.
Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

KlixxMart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Products

If you received your order damaged, please make a refund request through your account dashboard  My Account / Orders / Request a Refund. Please ensure you have saved all packaging material and retained the damaged item before making a request for a refund.

International Shipping Policy

KlixxMart does not currently ship internationally.
