Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 21 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a refund. You may return any product (as defined below) purchased on klixxmart.com in accordance with the terms below:

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any accessories originally included with your purchase, must be included with your return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Non-returnable items

Some health and personal care items cannot be returned for Health & Hygiene reasons; these will be flagged as non returnable on the specific product pages for such items.

How to Request a Return/Refund

A return or refund request can be made by going to your My Account page and clicking on the Request Refund button against the order or item you wish to return for a refund. Please note the option to request a Return/Refund can only be made within 14 days of your order delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, the Request Refund button option will no longer be available to you and we are no longer able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

When completing your Return/Refund request, please be sure to detail the issue you have with the product in the Reason for Refund field. Please also attach images of the product that will help you, to visually show us, the issue. This will help us to quickly assess and expedite your Return/Refund request for you.

Once we have received your Return/Refund request and assessed and confirmed that all eligibility criteria have been met by you to return the product(s), we will email you to provide instructions of how and where to send your return.

This email will include:

  • Return Delivery Address
  • Return Authorization Number (RMA Number)

Please do not send your return back to the manufacturer of the product or to our office address shown on our website.

You must return the product (at your cost and within 7 days of receipt of RMA) to the address provided to receive a refund.

To expedite refund processing, please be sure to reference the authorized RMA Number within your return (Please do not write this on the product or product box)

For peace of mind, we strongly recommend returning the product via a tracked delivery service. Once you have sent the product, please email us the tracking number so we can track the progress of your return.

Additional terms and conditions:

Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.

You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to KlixxMart.

If you return a product to KlixxMart (a) without a return authorization from KlixxMart, or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, KlixxMart retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such a return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

If the returned product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition but requires repackaging, KlixxMart retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of labor and materials to repack the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you still have not tracked your refund using the above advice, please then make contact directly with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately we cannot refund sale items – Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the exact same item, please make a refund request through your account dashboard My Account / Orders / Request a Refund and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchange requests beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
